In Stand-Up recently I’ve been railing against idiotic advertising strap lines …. mainly for the laughter, but partly for catharsis in a world gone mad.
The Toyota Landcruiser “Because land doesn’t cruise itself” and the school in Devon that claims to be’ “Succeeding beyond the boundaries of possibility!” being great examples of the grandiose nonsense being proferred.
This in Ledbury, therefore was a delightful addition to the genre:
